Eligibility: The Refer a Friend scheme for sales is open to existing clients and previous clients of Leaders. Existing Clients: Someone who is currently processing an application or enquiry for mortgage or protection business Previous Clients: Someone who has completed an application for a mortgage or protection policy (ie life insurance, critical illness or income protection), within 24 months of the referral. Referral Process: To participate, your friend must complete the transaction for any application for mortgage or protection with Right Advice. At the time of initial contact your friend must mention your name and use "RAF123" as the referral password. Qualification: The referred friend must successfully complete a mortgage or protection application for you to qualify for the £100 voucher reward. Complete an application – This refers to a completion of a transaction where the new mortgage or protection policy completes on the terms advised and applied for. mortgage completion or protection policy on risk. Reward: The reward is £100 worth of vouchers, which once claimed, will be sent to you within 60 days of the completion of your friend’s property sale. Multiple Referrals: There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. You will receive a £100 voucher for each successful referral that results in a completed application. Exclusions: The referred friend must not already be processing an enquiry with Right-Advice before the referral. Employees of Right-Advice MC Ltd are excluded from this promotion. The referred friend has not already transacted business with Right-Advice MC Ltd. Amendments and Termination: Right-Advice MC Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer a Friend scheme at any time without prior notice. Data Protection: By participating in this scheme, you agree that Right-Advice MC Ltd may use your details to administer the reward. All data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Vouchers: £100 worth of amazon vouchers will be sent to you via email. Vouchers are processed at the end of each month. There is no cash alternative. Claiming: Contact admin@right-advice.co.uk, once the referred friend has completed their transaction, referencing your friends name and the code "RAF123" and the team will arrange your £100 worth of vouchers. You will need to contact Right-Advice MC Ltd , 60 days of your friends’ completion date, or your claim will be invalid. Right to Withhold payment: If for any reason we suspect a person is abusing the offer or soliciting action from people who are not in their circle of friends or if someone is to be found falsifying claims, we withhold the right to not make the payment of the mentioned vouchers. This scheme is only available once with each new client. Anyone who has an alternative arrangement with us, such as a registered introducer, their staff or agents are not eligible for this reward-scheme. This scheme is not retrospective, but an incentive to reward future referrals. This scheme can be withdrawn or changed by us at any time. Any tax liability that arises from this scheme is your own responsibility. We cannot be held liable for any loss or claim arising out of the exercise of any of the vouchers ]in this scheme, and that the referee exercises such vouchers wholly at their own risk. The referred person must be notified and have consented to their details being passed to me for this scheme before the date of the referral. This is the responsibility of the referee and is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998. The referee will indemnify me for any loss or claim arising out of the referee's failure to procure such consent. In the event that we are (for whatever reason) unable to procure the indicated gift, then you will receive a substitute gift of commensurate value subject to these same terms and conditions.
